MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Web Application 此認證的應試者必須通過兩項測驗：一個是著重 .NET Framework 2.0 的基礎技能，另一個則是著重 Web 型的用戶端開發。

MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Windows Application 此認證的應試者必須通過兩項測驗：一個是著重 .NET Framework 2.0 的基礎技能，另一個則是著重 Windows 型的用戶端開發。

MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Distributed Application此認證的應試者必須通過兩項測驗：一個是著重 .NET Framework 2.0 的基礎技能，另一個則是著重開發分散式應用程式。

MCPD: Web Developer應試者首先必須達成 MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications 認證的需求 (兩項考試)。獲得此認證後，應試者將可藉由通過另一項額外的必備考試，獲得 MCPD：Web Developer。

MCPD：Windows Developer 應試者首先必須達成 MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications 認證的需求 (兩項考試)。獲得此認證後，應試者將可藉由通過另一項額外的必備考試，獲得 MCPD : Windows Developer。

LPIC-1新版中文紙本考試5月推出

LPI於今年4月推出新版考試內容後，也針對臺灣考生第3度推出紙本測驗，IT人可以選擇正體中文或英文的考試題目應考。從5月開始，將在全臺灣5個考場舉辦6場LPIC-1的紙本測驗。針對臺灣考生提供考試前3周報名者，享有每科報名費用減免10美元的優惠，報名費用只要145美元。

微軟新一代認證體系

微軟在2007年下半年推出新版認證制度，將不再對應單一產品，而是以驗證是否具有核心技術能力和工作所需技能為主。例如，技術層級的MCTS認證，主要是認證IT人是否具有被驗證的核心技術能力，專注在微軟的產品與技術；而專業層級的MCITP認證則具有專業導向，強調專注在特定的工作執掌與技術上。

隨著Windows Server 2008在2008年4月正式上市後，微軟也隨即在5月推出MCSE 2003、MCSA 2003升級Windows Server 2008的升級考試。微軟大中華區教育培訓與認證事業部資深經理陳俊志指出：「升級考試並不意味著直接升級，不論是MCSA 2003或MCSE 2003要拿到MCITP 2008，都一定得先取得MCTS 2008。」
也就是說，對於已經取得MCSA 2003、MCSE 2003認證的IT人而言，「只要再加考1科升級考試，就可以取得2～3科MCTS：Windows Server 2008的認證」。

以MCSE Windows Server 2003為例，IT人必須先通過70-649的升級考試，取得MCTS：WS 2008 Active Directory Configuration（微軟認證目錄服務設定）、MCTS：WS 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration（微軟認證網路基礎架構服務），以及MCTS：WS 2008 Application Platform Configuration（微軟認證應用程式平臺服務）等3張MCTS認證。

在取得MCTS技術認證後，再通過70-646的考試後，則可以取得MCITP：Server Administrator認證；若是想取得MCITP：Enterprise Administrator認證，IT人在取得3張MCTS技術認證後，得再加考Vista認證考試（70-620或70-624）和70-647升級考試2科。

所有取得MCSA和MCSE認證的IT人，都可以參加1科升級考試，以取得MCTS：WS 2008認證。但陳俊志說：「MCSA升級MCTS：WS 2008，會少取得一張MCTS：WS 2008 Application Platform Configuration的認證。」陳俊志表示，這樣的升級途徑比起擁有其他微軟認證的IT人而言，在取得Windows Server 2008新版認證上更有效率。

CCNA報名費

以前只要 150 USD，從2008年6月24日起漲價為 250 USD。

取得CCNA有兩種考法：
(1)CCNA:640-802
(2)ICND1(CCENT):640-822 + ICND2:640-816

第一種是 250 USD；第二種一科是 125 USD，有兩科要考，等於 250 USD。
